1-7 State Street
The 1-7 State Street project is an environmental investigation and detailed site design for a vacant and underutilized city owned site on State Street. The project includes the preparation of a Phase I Environmental Site Assessment, a Sampling Plan for Phase II investigation and conducting Phase II/Remedial Investigations. The City of Auburn and the project team will be engaging stakeholders and community members to provide input on the design for the public park space. By the end of the process, a Phase I assessment report and a Phase II report with remediation recommendations will be completed along with detailed construction drawings for the site. Services for these projects are being funded fully through the US Department of HUD Community Development Block Grant Program, administered by the City of Auburn.
